    SlingTV setup will not complete? - can't get past zipcode input - HELP

      Trying to setup my SlingTV (the 500 model), and setup goes fine until it asks for the zipcode.  I type it in, and there is no way to advance beyond that.  Pressing OK, tab forward button, every button on that remote does not 'take' the zipcode and thus I cannot complete setup.  I purchased the app for my tablet and of course it doesn't see any slingboxes in the sling account I just setup.

      Super frustrated user.  Any help appreciated.
