    Unable to connect to Slingbox 500.


      1st error message upon trying to connect:  "There was an error connecting to your Slingbox. Please check your computer's DNS settings or check your proxy settings."    


      I then clicked “Reconnnect”


      2nd error message upon trying to reconnect: "The finder ID was not found the server, so the Slingbox cannot be added to your account and cannot be connected to the network."

      How do I check DNS or proxy settings? Will that solve problem?
