Am having problems also just started. Old slingplayer does not work at all. Android phone and tablet app cannot connect to older slingboxes, only new ones. Looks like Slingbox made a decision to kill off the non revenue generating software by not supporting original Slingplayer client (which doesn't connect to new slingboxes) and not supporting connectivity to older slingboxes from anywhere but web browser

Thank you for posting to the Community.
I'm sorry to read that you are having issues connecting to the Slingbox. Since the internet service provider has changed, you will have to factory reset the Slingbox in order to get the new information, from the new network. Unfortunately, this does have to be done at the Slingbox location and the setup process will have to be done again.
