    IP addy changed, now cannot connect or change in settings..PLEASE help


      HI Gang,


      I have been using Slingbox successfully for almost 5 years. I live in China and have had no problems using the box or service until now.


      My friend who has the Slingbox in Canada has recently changed internet service providers and has a new IP address.

      He has changed this info back at the box and gave me all the new passwords and IP addresses, but I cannot change this in my settings.

      In fact, I cannot even access the settings menu from my location in China. I can see the website and even tried installing and using the Windows app, but cannot change any settings anywhere.


      PS. The connection is fine from China, I just can't get a settings menu to appear.


      PLEASE help.
