I am not able to connect to my slingbox 350 device outside of my house. While in the house i can connect to the slingbox 350 fine on the computer/ipad. While trying to connect to the device outside of my home i get this error: "The Slingbox or Internet may be unreachable. Try connecting again." I know for a fact that my internet connection is fine (in the house where the slingbox is and at my location while trying to connect outside of my home) and I am able to get to any other website and can also stream other websites/programs. I have tried to trouble shoot the issue by resetting my router/modem, resetting the slingbox, as well as reconfigure the settings on my slingbox. What else is there to do to get this resolved so I can watch football today???
