I did have the same problem; For me the solution was to replace the electric charger. At first I did not believe this solution, because the diode [one of the 2] was burning, so electrical charge was applied. I ordered a replacement charger anyway and Lo and Behold, the second led came up and everything worked fine...

Well, I’m sorry to hear that. For me and others it worked, much to our surprises…
Problem is that the slingbox people are not known for their serviceability.
Actually I bought a complete new set and saw to my surprise that the charger of the new set worked on the old slingbox…
Then I ordered a new charger and so I ended up with 2 working slingboxes.
