I was looking over the settings on your Slingbox and noticed it is not passing TCP. This is the preferred streaming method which does require you to port forward the router for the Slingbox at the home location so it is not being filtered. Having issue connecting remote for viewing is a symptom that we see with this not being complete. I have listed some articles to better assist with your issue below. After you complete the setup in the router go to setup.slingbox.com and select your slingbox and when the menu shows select internet viewing. If this complete you should not have the issue remote viewing anymore if it does not the network has not been configured properly and will need to be looked into further to confirm settings are set properly. I would also confirm the Download and Upload speeds and confirm they are meeting the reuirements of the Slingbox.
