    SlingBox disconnecting after new router installed, need advice?


      My Slingbox ProHD is not holding a connecting to my iPAD.  Been using for a couple years with 2 different iPads and a couple different laptops over the years.  Never issues.


      I have upgraded my iPAd to the latest iOS, uninstalled and re installed the latest version of the Slingbox app.  Nothing seems to make a difference. Speed test from iPad tells me 10-15Mbps down and 5Mbps Up


      The problems seemed to have started when I installed a new Router from Comcast.  Are there settings, technical incompatibilities, or other that I need to consider with this new router? (I did also recently change the router setting from b/g/n to g/n only to work better with my laptop).


      Any thoughts? Never had this issue in the 7-8 years that I have been using multiple different routers and a couple different versions of Slingbox.
