I recently began receiving the "there was an error connecting to your sling box. please try again" error message. I've unplugged the sling box for 2 mins, then plugged it back in. I've reset the sling box. I've tried two different computers and two different browsers with no success. For some reason I cannot view it on my Macbook, but it will work on a microsoft tablet both at home and at hot spots. Any suggestions on steps I can try to alleviate this issue??
