One of customer facing this issue:
we have followed up with the customer below and he confirmed that the issue is still happening on his account (still missing TSN1, TSN3, TSN4, and TSN5).
Cx confirmed that this is happening on both the app and his browser.
The following channels are missing:
TSN – 1400
TSN3 – 1402
TSN4 – 1403
TSN5 – 1404
He is subscribed to all of those channels and he has all of them on his receivers.
