This is my second Slingbox 500, and I had the same issue with the first one. This one is four months old, and it has been powered up continuously since I installed it. A few weeks ago, it spontaneously restarted, cutting off the signal from my desktop box. This began occurring at more frequent intervals until it now happens more than once an hour. Note that I have not used the Slingbox remotely in more than a month.
Will resetting correct this? How do I avoid this happening when I am away for an extended period of time?
