    Slingbox 500 'Lost Internet connection' message on iPad

      Hello!

       

      I have a Slingbox 500 with the latest updates and an iPad with the SlingPlayer app installed.  I am able to use the app just fine at home, but now that I am on vacation I cannot connect to the Slingbox.  When I open the app, it sits at 'Starting' and then I get the following error: Slingplayer connection lost.  Please make sure your device and Slingplayer are connected to the Internet and try again.  My iPad is connected to high speed wifi.  Please help!  This is very frustrating and defeats the purpose of buying a Slingbox!
