    Win 8.1 / Chrome 37x / newwatch.slingbox.com - No Sound/Video slows to crawl


      I can connect to my slingbox 500 from mobile apps with no issue and other desktop/web apps with no issue but whenever I connect into the Slingbox on Wifi from my <1yr old HP WIn 8.1 laptop, I have no sound and the video appears to start ok but ends up slowing to a crawl after 30 seconds.  Sometimes I get an error that Chrome is using a lot of disk activity, ther times not.  If I grab the mobile app and intterupt the signal (ie log into the slingbox and disconnect the sesson on newwatch, the video and audio is fine.
