    Sling 500 logo light permanently on cannot connect


      One morning our sling logo turned on without us connecting. Now power light, network light and logo are all permanently on but trying to connect says cannot connect. Tried resetting box and network, still all remain permanently on and cannot connect.  Any ideas?

          Sorry to hear you are having issues connecting to your Slingbox. Have you tried connecting from more than one device? Your Slingbox is showing fully online and available so you should be able to connect without issue. If you aren't able to connect from more than one device, I would try another hard reset (holding the reset button for 45 seconds) and then you should see a message on your TV screen stating that the Slingbox will need to set back up. This should fix the issue for you of not being able to connect.
