I can understand how this can be very frustrating. I have seen a few different Slingbox users with this same issue and we were able to provide a way to resolve it.
Try using the older desktop software for either a Mac or Windows computer. If you do not have the software installed, click on one of the links below pertaining to your operating system of your computer:
After downloading and installing the software, you will be using the "Setup Assistant" to complete the setup of your Slingbox.
