    iPad app not working


      One for support please...



      So, I initially bought a slingbox solo which worked with the app whilst at home but not when abroad.  Having managed to return the solo and pick up a pro-hd second hand, I've got it all set up for viewing on a laptop but the iPad app no longer works!


      It attempts to direct me to an upgrade program but every bit of research I've done suggests that the app should work fine with both the solo and the pro-hd :confused: 


      So, what are my options?  Should the app work?  If not, how do I go about getting a refund of the app cost?
