    Unable to access www.sling.com through AT&T Uverse Internet


      Does anyone else who has Uverse internet have problems trying to access www.sling.com?  I can access it at work and through my phone's data connection.  AT&T customer support had me run a tracert and they claim it is the website host (Level3) not allowing the connection.  I just ordered my first SlingBox product so I am not sure if this has always been a problem or not.

          According to AT&T customer support "From the above ping test results, it is clear that connection is getting disconnected at the last hop 12th. Which has been held up with this website SA.car2.Denver1.Level3.net and their IP address is I have completely checked with my back end team and there seems to be no issues in ATT server side, it is the level 3 denvar who are blocking this website from reaching you. So in order to fix this issue, you need to contact the concern people (level 3 denver) who can help you in unblocking the website for you."


          Update: I just received my Slingbox 350 and still having trouble accessing www.sling.com.
