When using the slingplayer software inside a windows XP virtual maching running in parallels on a MAC laptop I am not able to log into my account and thus can't use the software. I get the error 'You must have an internet connection to proceed'. The funny thing is if I click the 'help' > 'technical support' button inside the slingplayer software it launches a web browser and successfully takes me to their website!
Yet I do have a working internet connection on the XP VM as I can visit websites (as mentioned above) such as sling.com from internet explorer in the VM. I have all firewalls on the host as well as the VM turned off.
