Thanks for using the forums. If you are getting this message, you will want to make sure your Slingbox is connected to the internet and available for streaming. Are you able to connect on other devices such as a computer, etc? If you aren't, a soft reset to your Slingbox (press and release the reset button) should fix your issue. You can also reconnect to the wifi and you should be able to connect again.
