      I am very frustrated by the installation process with my slingbox 350.  I log-in to my slingbox account and click on slingbox 350 to install a connection to  my i-pad.  I am directed to go to my wi-fi network and look for slingbox -- not there;  only the cable company roku box appears.  When I return to my slingbox account and try to get help -- it sends me to the slingbox M1 (after i already clicked on the 350).  This really doesn't help me with my slingbox 350.

       

      I have lived through this frustration multiple times and have asked for help from a networking expert who throws up his hands and can't figure it out either.  So, what's the deal?  Why can't i get some help with this that is actually helpful??????????
