For this particular issue, I would recommend reconfiguring the Slingbox on Setup.Slingbox.comfrom a Windows PC or Mac. Once on Setup.Slingbox.com, you will click on "Get Started", you will select your Slingbox, then you will click on "Program Guide". From here you will reselect your provider and walk through the rest of the steps as they appear on your computer. After the Slingbox is reconfigured, check the guide on your iPhone and iPad to see if the issue persists.
