I want to add my frustration. I downloaded the plug in. I keep geeting a loop back to the screen that says you need a new plug in. Tried watch at sling.com, same thing, looked for plug in at Finder. Just brings me back to installing the plug in. again, and again. Tried set up at Sling. Tells ne to install new plug in. Deja vu all over again. Please. I want to install, configure and use product. Please?
Have you tried to reset the Safari web browser?
With Safari already launched, select the word "Safari" in the left hand corner and the scroll down to "Reset Safari".
Once this is done, go back to newwatch.slingbox.com and reinstall the plug-in. Resetting the browser settings would place the browser to factory settings witch will allow the plug-in to install.
Please let me know if this works.
