I have been unable to connect to my slingbox for several hours either via the web player or my WD TV Live box. Both just hang while initializing. I can watch via phone app on the same remote LAN, so my slingbox 500 is clearly working and streaming properly. I've rebooted WD box, computer, and router, but with no improvement. Any further ideas? Or is this a wider problem?
It's pretty annoying to have no customer service before offices open in California - not a sign of a truly global company!
