    Problem with solo no connecting to network

      Hi I have a solo thats been good to me till yesturday. The problem seems to be that its not connecting to my network. I've tried reseting the solo slingbox also turning off my router and check all fire walls. I've been on sling website and did all the support steps that it tells you to do but the network light doesn't light up solid it's faded the power light is perfect. I've done it all but still not working.

          Hello leovictv,

           

               If you have performed all the troubleshooting steps listed on support.sling.com, you may want to try plugging the Slingbox power supply directly into a wall outlet (if it's plugged into a power strip/surge protector) and also replacing the Ethernet cable connecting the Slingbox into the router. If the issue persists then it may still be a power supply issue in which you will want to purchase a replacement here:
