Apologies first post and not sure if this the right place to ask.
I bought a Pro-HD and a streaming stick about 7 weeks ago for my Dad, as he is lucky enough to be retired and lives in France some of the time. I've just delivered it having tested it at home and the streaming stick working ok on my home network.
I've connected my phone running Android 4.3 and Slingplayer v2.10.1, and it works ok and I can control the box.
I've tried sending it to the Roku stick for his TV, which is running the channel with 1.1.62 ARM, and it starts to connect and then a box comes up saying 'Connection ERROR'
Does anyone have any advice what to do please? Thanks
I checked out the network details for your Slingbox PRO-HD and it appears that TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) is failing within the home router. For instructions on what you need to do next, look at the thread linked below:
Hope this helps!
