    Audio and Video Issues With Slingbox Pro

      Hello,

       

      I bought a slingplayer legacy a few years ago.  I have used it and it has performed great and I love it.  I recently purchased a new labtop and in it was installed windows 8.  The problem now is this:

       

      Everything works fine, however, the voice/audio doesn't match the video.  It looks like the person speaking is one second behind the words he/she is saying or vice versa.

       

      Please advise how I can fix this problem?  It really has decreased my viewing experience.

          Hello rbtaipei,

           

               If you have a Slingbox PRO and are experiencing A/V sync issues, the first thing I would like you to try would be to check for any firmware updates for that unit. To do this, navigate to Setup.slingbox.com on a PC or Mac, click on "Get Started", select your Slingbox, then click on "Check for Updates". Also, does the A/V sync error occur when you connect on any other devices?
