Hi - I have good bandwidth with my slingbox 500 connected over gigabit ethernet and a solid 5 bars wifi connection to lenovo laptop with windows 7 and internet explorer 11.
On new connection, audio starts out in sync but within a minute is many seconds ahead of video to the point it is completely unwatchable. Have disabled all anti-virus software and firewalls and problem persists. Would appreciate help and advice.
This sounds like the Internet Viewing was not setup correctly. You may have to go into your router to port forward your router with the IP address of the Slingbox and port number 5201.
If you do not know how to do this, give Sling Media Technical Support a call at 1-877-GO-SLING.
