It's possible that the SlingLinks are not passing the internet signal to the Slingbox properly. The next step I recommend trying is to, however possible, connect the Slingbox directly to the router; this will narrow down where the issue lies. If the issue persists, then the SlingLinks will require troubleshooting. The following articles from our Support site will assist you if that is the case:
