    Administrative Password Error


      I keep getting "administrative password is incorrect".  I understand that I need to do a hard reset to fix the problem based on the following discussion: https://community.sling.com/message/94237#94237


      One question though... I am 5000 miles from the location of the slingbox.  I have someone there who could possibly walk through the steps of fixing it; however, most of the post say YOU need to be at the location of the slingbox to fix it.  What needs to be there?  Does one of my computers that I use when I am away from the Slingbox need to be there or can I have another individual walk through the reset instructions for me in my abscence with a computer that is onsite with the Slingbox?
