    Updated apple devices app doe not work

      I have slingplayers apps in my apple devices. The only one working now is the device I have not yet updated the app.

       

      I have 3 ipad versions, including the newest one. Iphone apps are ok.

       

      My router is the Asus RT-AC68U and i have setup port forward (.5001)

       

      Apps used to work, at least before the updates

       

      A message appears mentioning slingbox or ipad is not connected to internet .

          Sorry to hear that you cannot connect to your Slingbox anymore.

           

          Just had a few questions:

           

          • Which Slingbox to you own?  Check out the compatible SlingPlayer software article for mobile devices:

           

          • What are the light doing on the Slingbox?  Have a look at this article to describe the lights on the Slingbox:
            • All about the lights on the front of the Slingbox
              • If you notice that after you perform these troubleshooting steps, and the power light does not come on, please call in at 877-GO-SLING to see if the Sling Media Technical Support personnel can further assist you.
