After checking your account on our end, it looks as though the Slingbox Classic is currently "Not Available", meaning it is not currently communicating with our servers. In order to troubleshoot this issue, I recommend following the instructions in the link below to factory reset the Slingbox, after which you will rerun the setup process via the Legacy Desktop SlingPlayer you are currently using:

I did a complete reset and reestablished port forwarding on the U-Verse
router. When I check it here at the house, I see video but get No audio.
I'm ill so I can't go somewhere else to try it right now. I will in a few
days. Any suggestions on no audio???
