    Where's My Remote


      As I go through set up, I select my device and my service provider, but based on that selection, it does not control my device, even though it shows my remote (my service provider is Comcast in Houston, my device is mode RNG200);


      In order to get a remote to work, I have to select "Set Top Box Remote (Basic) and seleect "Code 11"


      Any idea why I can't get my actual remote to work?
