    Network problem on Slingbox PRO HD and NO SUPPORT AT ALL




      Could someone please answer me and tell me what to do with my slingbox PRO HD still under warranty ?


      Network light not working, reset impossible. I changed the power supply (which I bought on your site) but the problem remains the same.


      I tried to call the support. The person who answered back doesn't speak Italian (but on the site you assure you do), he invited me twice to call "tomorrow" and he laughed at me when I asked for an email adress...


      Chat is useless as I've been waiting for hours to have a person connected.


      250€ for the slingbox, 30€ for the power supply and no one to give you support. Not serious at all.


      I'm very disappointed.
