If your SlingPlayer is asking for an administrator password, here are a couple of things that you can try:
- Try using "admin" as the password.
- If that does not work, try hard resetting your Slingbox due to you stated you have not use the Slingbox in a while. The article below will explain how to perform a hard reset:
If you perform a hard reset you will have to set the unit back up again. Please go to Setup on Slingbox.com to set up your unit again once the network light comes back on.
