From the information that you have provided, it appears that you are receiving the Slingbox 500 Information Ads that you receive after an update the SlingPlayer PlugIn for Web. Please make sure that you are scrolling to the bottom of the page and select "Continue", then when the page loads again scroll down and select "Done". Once you have completed that Slingbox.com should continue to initilize just like normal.
If that is not the case, please reply back with what you experienced and any error messages.
