To troubleshoot any issues with distorted colors through Watch on Slingbox.com or on any of our SlingPlayer applications, I would recommend checking to make sure that the video cables in use are connected to the correct ports on your video source and on your Slingbox.
If you find that your video cables are plugged in correctly, I would recommend replacing the video cables.
