Everything was working fine until the v+ box stopped working and the virgin engineer swapped it out for a new one.
When I tried to reconnect slingbox (using component) I got an error message - unsupported signal like 1080p.
I can get perfect sound, but no picture.
Any suggestions welcomed
Is the V+ box connected to your TV using the HDMI cable? Its possible that it disabled the analog video outputs and therefore not providing a signal to the Slingbox.
