I assume you have already done a proper Forum Search for your model number in case other people have already answered your question ?

Thanks for the response and links. I went through those troubleshooting tips previously and tried again. Even did the camera test to make sure the IR emitter was sending a signal. All good. Just can't get it to control the set top box. Will try with one of my othe cable set top boxes tonight (different model) and see if i have the same issues.
If you are having an issue with finding a virtual remote that works for your Comcast Cisco RNG150N set-top box, I would recommend using the Comcast X1 remote for the time being. It seems Comcast has been making some recent changes to their remotes/set-top boxes and it appears that for your particular set-top box, the Comcast X1 remote should be a functional replacement for the time being.
