In order to assist you with this issue, we are going to need to know a bit more information:
- What device are you trying to view the Slingbox on?
- What is your download and upload speed at the Slingbox location?
- What is your download and upload speed at your remote location when the issue is occurring?
I would recommend using Speedtest.net to run the speed tests from a PC or Mac OR the "Speedtest.net Mobile Speed Test" application if you are using a mobile device.
