    "My Slingbox Info" shows OK but can't connect


      "My Slingbox Info" on http://support.slingbox.com/go/home doesn't show any issues; it shows each info correctly. But I can't connect via the internet. Is it common?


      My Slingbox is located at my brother's place in Japan. I asked him to open the port 5001 on his router but it didn't solve the issue. He can watch it from his internal network, of course.


      Now I am wondering if the port is not correctly opened, or the provider is brocking the port.


      Any suggestion?
