    Set up problem


      I'm trying to set up my Slingbox Pro-HD.  I've used it before in another location so I already have an account.  It's plugged in and both red lights are on and solid.  I'm using Sling Links and the one by the Slingbox has solid green lights except for the middle one, which is flashing.  I can see my Slingbox in the directory on the website, but the little dot next to it is grey (supposed to be green, right?).  When I click on it, I get the following error:


      "There was an error connecting to your Slingbox.  Make sure that your Slingbox is ON and connected to your network.  Also check that firewall and router allow access."


      Honestly I have no idea about router access.  The other Sling Link is plugged into my Verizon Fios router.  Can anyone please help advise?
