I'm sorry that you have had trouble getting your SlingPlayer for Roku to work properly.
I know you stated you have rebooted, but If you are able, please complete these steps...
- Stop streaming and start streaming again on the phone app.
- Reboot the Roku player (it may take up to 5 minutes after rebooting for the Roku to be discovered).
- Reset the Roku’s network connection.
