I was away from home and could not connect to my Slingbox 500. I got the message that told me that I needed to press the reset button at the rear of the Slingbox. I called support and was told the same thing. When I got home I saw that the network light was not on. Why isn't the software smart enough to automatically reconnect to the network? I have a Tivo DVR connected to the same router and I was able to connect to it. A premium networking device should have auto recovery capability!
