Thanks for using our answers forums. Sorry to hear you are having issues with using the app on your iPad. The first thing to do would be to check your speeds. Your upload speed (at the location of the Slingbox) needs to be at least 2 mbps. The download speed (at the viewing location) will also need to be at least 2 mbps. There are also a few things to check for with the iPad. First, you would need to make sure that you have the most up to date version of the application. Second, you can try to lower the quality from HQ to Auto or SQ. You can also try to uninstall and reinstall the app and see if that makes a difference.
