    No Europe Support since 2 weeks


      No Europe Support since 2 weeks.

      Recently purchased my Slingbox HD Pro, not working upone arrival. Network keeps blinking.

      I'm trying to contact the support desk to ask for a new adapter (I read this is most likly the case), but I can't even get trhough.

      After being in the queue for 30mins, the helpdesk just hangs up. This has been going on for 2 weeks now.


      What is going on?
