Did you ever get this issue resolved? I have the same issue.
The really strange thing is I have two Slingbox Pro HDs. One is located in the USA and works fine on Windows, Mac, Ipad, Iphone and WD TV live.
The other unit is located in Taiwan and it works only on devices with the slingplayer app (WD TV Live, Iphone, Ipad). That said, I know the Slingbox is working and the problem should be with the Slingbox plugin update. No issues until I installed that as well.
I am unsure how to check that. Anyway to make sure the Taiwan Pro HD has the latest firmware? Can't connect to it via computer.
Not sure why one works and the other does not. The problem is limited to Watch on the Slingbox website on a computer (Windows and Mac). I cannot connect to the unit in Taiwan...it just says:

Assuming you are logged in it will give you information about your Slingbox which might be of interest.
I am still waiting for the Slingbox support team to reply with suggestions to solve this issue.
Unable to connect on a specific device, indicates it may be something blocking the communication of the Slingbox to the computer, or location you are at. I would recommend checking to see if you are using the supported browsers, and supported operating systems.
Firewalls, and personal anti-virus or security software could block the plug-in or slow down the communication to your computer causing the issue of not being able to connect in the browser. I would recommend disabling any security software that is installed on the device you are using.
Some Internet security and personal firewall software may interfere with your Slingbox setup or SlingPlayer

Just to let you know that I am still having problems viewing my Slingbox PRO-HD with Watch since the Plug-In was changed.
I can still view using Slingplayer for Windows and also with the iPad & iPhone apps.
I have tried Watch on various Browsers, IE ver. 10 (32-bit), Chrome ver. 33.0, Firefox ver.26.0 and they all report the same problem. The Slingbox or Internet may be unreachable. Try connecting again.
Before the Plug-In was upgraded I did not have any issues using Watch on any of my Browsers.
The Windows Firewall has not been changed and I have not changed my anti-virus software.
So what do you think has caused the problem, the new Plug-in?
