Thanks for posting on the forums! Since you are not able to connect on a mobile device, I would recommend port forwarding the Slingbox IP address through your router to see if this helps.
You can go to portforward.com, and this website will give you step by step instructions for your specific router. After performing this on your router, you will need to go to setup.slingbox.com to finish Internet Viewing setup for your Slingbox.
