Thanks for using our answers forums. Sorry to hear you are having issues with configuring the IR codes. Depending on the Slingbox you have, there are a few ways to configure a new code. All you would do is go to newwatch.slingbox.com and when connected, click on settings. When in settings, click on TV Service and go through the options on the screen.
