Thank you for posting to the forums! I can definitely understand how not being able to connect outside the US can be frustrating. There are a few things that we would want to check. I would have someone from the Slingbox location check the lighs on the Slingbox. If you find the Slingbox had no network light please follow the second link attached. We would also want to verify that your operating system on the computer you are using is supported. Check out these articles for more information.
