    I am trying to set up a new slingbox350 having a **** of a difficult time. the support line that says 24/7 365 days a year is a lie. have been on the phone for 1 hour. nothing. I think I bought the wrong product!


      I am trying to setup my new slingbox 350. Cannot pass through the watch part. I am connected to my cable box and internet via the ethernet cable. I need some assistance but I have been on the support line for 1 hour and nothing. maybe I made a mistake buying this product?
