This is a great question you have. With the new technology on the Slingboxs of today the older devices are not guaranteed to work with the new connected devices. You could try to install the app on your devices and see if they work. If they do not we have a few options to look at. I will post these options below.
If you look at that article those three units are the only ones that are meant to work with the Apps. If you would like we do have an upgrade program at this time that you can check out at the link below. All you need is the serial number off your older unit.
